Philips Head Screw Set

This set lets students practice the action of using a screwdriver by removing and re-inserting four philips-head (i.e. star head) screws using the supplied screwdriver.  The set consists of a wooden block measuring 22 cm x 10 cm (about 8.5" x 4") with four screws which thread into permanently fixed, threaded receptacles. The board also has two insets, one for holding the screwdriver and another for holding the screws once they've been removed. The supplied screwdriver is lightweight, and has a textured handle for a sturdy grip. The screws can also be used with a standard (i.e. slot head) screwdriver (not supplied).  Colours on the screwdriver handle may not be exactly as shown.

NOTE: do not overtighten the screws as this may result in the threaded receptacles being removed from the block when unscrewing.
