Description
The Large Movable Alphabet in print is a great way to introduce spelling, grammar and sentence structure. The set comes in two compartmentalized trays with the letters silk screened on the bottom of each compartment in alphabetical order. The individual letters are made of 5 mm thick plywood for durability and warp resistance. Short letters like a, c and m are 5 cm tall (about 2"), and tall letters like k, l and b are 8.5 cm (about 3.5"). The letters in this set are approximately one-third larger than the letters of the Small Movable Alphabet. This set includes five of each consonant in red, and ten of each vowel in blue. The two trays nest together for easy storage, and measure 58 cm x 25 cm x 8 cm (about 23" x 10" x 3").
