Cubing & Cube Root Material

Cubes and cube roots can be a very difficult math concept to approach, but having a visual aid makes it much easier to teach and to learn.  This material includes one cube and twenty-seven squares for each number from 1 to 9, presented in the traditional hierarchical colours (red for 1, green for 2, pink for 3, etc.).  The squares are all 1 cm thick (about 1/2") solid wood, and the cubes match the squares perfectly in measurement (for example, the 5 cube is 5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm) and colour.  The cubes are also made of solid wood, and all pieces are finished with a satin-touch coating for looks and durability.  The entire set is contained in a divided tray with a lid, and the tray also has sturdy handles as the set is a little heavy (about 20 lbs).  The tray & lid measure 56 x 40 x 12 cm (about 22 x 16 x 5").
