Description
The Checkerboard is an elementary-level activity used for long and short multiplication. The board is made of natural and painted wood and features a nine-by-four grid of squares in red, green and blue with the columns marked for units, tens, hundreds etc. up to 100,000,000. The Checkerboard measures 81 cm x 43 cm (about 32" x 17"). Bead Bars for Checkerboard and Wooden Number Tiles sold separately.
